Refund and Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

At V-iona, customer satisfaction is our priority.

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Returned with original packaging and accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has been used
  • Product is damaged due to improper handling
  • Return request is made after 7 days of delivery
  • Minor variations in color or finish due to the handcrafted nature of the product

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account or UPI ID.


Replacement Policy

If the product arrives damaged or defective, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund, depending on stock availability.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), V-iona will bear the return shipping cost.

For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for shipping charges.


1-Year Buyback Offer

Customers who purchase eligible V-iona bottles may return the bottle after 1 year of use and receive ₹400 back, subject to the following conditions:

  • The bottle must be genuine V-iona product
  • The bottle should not be severely damaged beyond normal wear and tear
  • Original order details may be required for verification
  • Buyback offer is applicable only on selected products clearly marked as eligible

The refund under this offer will be processed after inspection and approval.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
